Conditions for Church Services and Parish Activities under COVID
In person or Zoom?
Most services and activities are now meeting in person, though some are by Zoom only and some both in person and on Zoom. Please see the individual pages for various activities for an indication of the status of each. If in doubt, please contact the coordinator for that activity or the Office.
Check-in
Check-in by QR code is no longer required at services and activities.
Masks
From February 25th 2022, masks need no longer be worn, though you are welcome to continue to wear a mask if you are more comfortable doing so.
Ventilation
Good practice requires that places of worship be well-ventilated. To this end, windows on both sides of the Church, as well as the main door, will be open during services there. Similarly, the doors to the Hall and the windows and door of the Hall Kitchen will be open during Family and Night Church when these are held indoors. Windows in rooms in the PACE Centre should be opened where practicable.
If You're Not Feeling Well
If you have any symptoms of COVID (sore throat, sneezing, loss of sense of taste or smell, etc), if you have tested positive or if you are a close contact of someone who currently has COVID, we ask that you not attend until you have returned a negative test result.
Updates to these Conditions
We try to keep these conditions as up-to-date as possible and to reflect changes in Government or Diocese requirements, as well as recommendations from our Medical Advisory Panel. For any questions on a specific activity, please contact the coordinator of that activity. If you have any general questions, please contact the Church Office.
